These Terms govern access to the Your Arena TV website and desktop application. By using Your Arena TV, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
1. About Your Arena TV
Your Arena TV is an independent desktop community companion intended to organize creator discovery, news, guides and player/creator profile features related to the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang community. The project is not an official MOONTON Games product.
2. Development status
Your Arena TV is currently under development. Features, integrations, availability and interface elements may change before or after public release. Development or Sandbox functionality may be limited to authorized testers.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for information submitted to your Your Arena TV account and for maintaining appropriate security over devices and accounts you control. Do not attempt to access another person's account. Third-party account connections remain subject to the terms of those providers.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Your Arena TV to violate law, infringe intellectual property, harass others, distribute malware, bypass security controls, scrape or overload services, impersonate another person, manipulate platform APIs, or obtain data beyond permissions granted to you.
5. Third-party services
Your Arena TV may connect to third-party services such as TikTok, Twitch, KICK, Google and Firebase. Those services are operated independently and may change or discontinue APIs or features. Your use of them is also governed by their own terms and policies.
6. Content and intellectual property
The Your Arena TV website design, original code and original branding elements are part of the Your Arena TV project. Third-party names, trademarks, game content, creator content and platform marks remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants ownership of third-party intellectual property.
7. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Integrations may temporarily stop working because of maintenance, API changes, rate limits, provider outages or security requirements.
8. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue features when necessary for security, compliance, maintenance or development. Access may be restricted where use violates these Terms or threatens the service or other users.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Your Arena TV is provided on an “as available” basis. Game guides, news summaries and community information are informational and may become outdated as games and third-party services change.

These Terms may be updated as the project develops. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.
